Cookie Notice
Version 1.0 · Effective 5 October 2026 · Last updated 5 October 2026
This notice explains which cookies and similar technologies blizo.com uses, why, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and scripts that read device information. We refer to all of them as "cookies". We use only first-party cookies on blizo.com; we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. Your choices
On your first visit we ask for your choice. "Reject all" and "Accept all" are equally available, and "Customize" lets you decide per category. Until you accept, the analytics library is not loaded at all. We store your choice for six months, then ask again. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection of optional cookies.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time; withdrawing deletes the analytics identifiers in your browser.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and checkout from working.
3. Strictly necessary
These are required to provide the service you request, keep it secure and remember your choices. Under the ePrivacy Directive and PECR they do not require consent.

4. Analytics (optional)
With your consent we use PostHog, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), to understand how Blizo is used and to improve it: page views, clicks and masked session recordings. Form inputs are masked, and tokens and email addresses are removed from recorded URLs.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ph_<project>_posthogcookie | PostHog (EU cloud) | Pseudonymous identifier for product analytics and session recordings. Set only after you accept analytics. | 1 year |

__ph_opt_in_out_<project>localStorage | PostHog (EU cloud) | Remembers that you withdrew analytics consent so no data is captured. | Until cleared |
5. Third-party pages
Checkout and the billing portal run on Stripe's own pages (checkout.stripe.com and billing.stripe.com), which set their own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention under Stripe's privacy policy. Links to external websites are subject to those websites' policies.
